On Saturday, October 20, 2018, Peace Point Meditation hosted its first full day of Meditation & Wisdom Talk, a special session where you can relax and immerse yourself in some inner peace time for the day. The event was led by Ven. Pasura Dantamano, the Chief of the International Relations Division at the Dhammakaya Temple, who led a discussion that focused on managing stress in daily life.

 

During the wisdom talks, Ven. Pasura covered several points regards to stress management including:

  • Understanding the pros and cons of stress and keeping stress a the best levels to be productive;

  • Learning to truly let go of your life stressors when you need to;

  • Managing stress in crisis situations; and

  • Using meditation to calm the mind and control your stress levels.
