Find your center at our introductory meditation classes. The classes include guided meditation and a short lecture on a mindfulness related topic that can be applied to the everyday lives of meditation practitioners. The classes are free of charge and open to the general public.
BUDDHISM COURSE SERIES
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
While meditation is often practiced to help cope with stress or anxiety, or for its many health benefits, it originally came to the West as a Buddhist spiritual practice. Come reconnect with the spiritual roots of meditation with our course series on Buddhist philosophy. Classes include meditation and a series of lectures on Buddhism in daily life.
*Our course series have small fees that vary.
