WHAT IS MEDITATION

 

Meditation is the practice of training the mind to help one achieve a state of calmness and mental clarity. Meditation is usually done by focusing one’s mind on a particular object, place or activity. There are a wide variety of ways to meditate, ranging from repeating a mantra, focusing on an object, or just breathing. There are also many benefits of meditation.

Peace Point Meditation teaches the Dhammakaya technique of meditation, a technique that teaches about the center of the body. The center of the body is the resting place of the mind and the gateway to inner peace; it is our inner peace point.
