PEACE HANGOUTS

Although the purpose of practicing meditation is to still the mind, it is only natural for the mind to wander and develop some questions from time to time. Whether these questions are related to your daily life or the philosophies behind your meditation, we encourage Peace Point members to ask questions and learn as much as they can on their journey toward inner peace.

 

Our classes and seminars are designed with this in mind, so you can spend the sessions improving your meditation with guidance, live feedback, and tips for a deeper experience. Questions concerning other topics, however, are still welcome during our Peace Hangouts. Peace Hangouts are one-on-one or group meetings in which you can ask the teaching monks and meditation instructors any questions that come to mind. These questions can be related to meditation theory, Buddhism, daily life tips, and other curiosity inducing subjects.

 

Peace Hangouts take place from 12:20 pm to 12:50 pm on Sundays. We hope you’ll join us at one sometime soon!
